
Cocoa & Coffee
A sensory experience that unites two ancestral worlds to discover how coffee and cocoa complement and enhance each other.
During the session, we will explore the origins of coffee and cocoa, their purity and processes, to then move on to a sensory experience where we can compare and appreciate the characteristics of each through smell, taste, and physical appearance.
The experience will be divided into two parts:
Theoretical introduction
We will learn about the origin of the cocoa and coffee we work with at Maanna, their processes and preparation methods, and how two ancestral foods with enormous sensory and nutritional potential are combined in a single experience.
Sensory experience
We will taste three types of coffee prepared with different methods, explaining the mouthfeel, intensity, and nuances. Afterwards, we will taste three chocolates, highlighting their physical aspects, intensity, and flavors.
The session will be led by the Maanna team, combining technical knowledge and gastronomic sensibility in a close and intimate format.
After the experience, attendees will benefit from a 10% discount on the purchase of products available in our space.

Small groups of 6 to 12 people. The price indicated is per attendee.
This experience is confirmed when there is a minimum of 6 people. If this number is not reached, we will notify you 48-72 hours in advance to reschedule or refund your spot.
Bookings are confirmed with advance payment. You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment. After that period, no refunds will be given, although the booking can be transferred to another available date.
