Spring in the form of a dragee. Sicilian almonds caramelized and coated in white chocolate, with verbena and lemon oil. Fresh, crunchy, with a citrus touch and light caramel.
The Pizzute di Avola variety is the reference almond for confectionery. laflor roasts and caramelizes them in a copper pot before coating them in Piura Blanco 41% white chocolate. Verbena adds a floral and citrus nuance that makes each piece distinct.
