Hacienda San Cayetano 68% dark chocolate with Farina Bona, roasted corn flour from Onsernone Valley (Switzerland). The result is reminiscent of popcorn: toasted, surprising, and full of character.
Hacienda San Cayetano is located in the Canoabo Valley, west of Venezuela. The cacao from the area has a high criollo content, a variety considered premium due to its scarcity and aromatic richness. Farina Bona is finely ground from gently roasted corn kernels. The combination of intense Venezuelan cacao with the aromas of roasted corn creates an experience unlike any other chocolate.
